  • With almost 20 years of high-level tenant representation, corporate advisory, investment sales, and strategic planning experience totaling more than $1B in transactions, Chris is one of the most prolific and respected brokers in the West Los Angeles technology, entertainment, non-profit, and start-up communities. Chris is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is a member of Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association, Venice Chamber of Commerce, Gentlemen’s Dinner Club (GOTY), and UrbanizeLA. Chris is also a frequent speaker at industry-related events as a Silicon Beach expert. Outside of PRP, he’s an avid outdoorsman, fly fisherman, golfer, and Dodger fan. Tequila is the adult beverage of choice and on the weekends, he’s found in Big Bear Lake, Palm Springs, or home at the beach in Playa Del Rey with his wife Jordan and daughter Vivienne.

  • A true entrepreneur at heart, Oliver’s level of commitment to creative business opportunities is what sets him apart from our competition. Having overseen projects totaling more than 350,000 SF of office, multi-family, and retail development, sold over $350MM in investment properties, and advised some of the nations most prominent developers over his 12 year career, he’s positioned our capital markets and investment team at the cutting edge of an ever-changing industry. Oliver received his Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from UC San Diego and a dual Master's in Real Estate Development and Business Administration from USC. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Venice Chamber of Commerce. With any free time Oliver has, he likes to get out in the water on a surfboard or a sailboat. Oliver and his wife Sarah live on the Marina Peninsula with their son Frederick and their puppy Sandy.

  • Timesh is a Los Angeles native, a 3rd Generation Hotelier, entrepreneur and investor. He is a former regional director for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association which put him at the forefront of hospitality trends and activity throughout California and Southwest United States. Timesh studied Entrepreneurship at Cal State Fullerton and formed his own hospitality management company which currently serves hotels in the greater Los Angeles area. Timesh has a passion for sourcing, designing, and executing complex hotel investment transactions and is found frequently speaking at hotel-related events throughout Southern California. Timesh is an avid golfer and a single malt whiskey fan, and is currently working on some of the most groundbreaking hotel projects in Los Angeles.

  • Chris combines vast knowledge of local markets with his easy going demeanor and insight to provide unmatched service to his clients. He’s facilitated deals as a tenant representation specialist in the office, retail, and restaurant sectors over his 6 years of experience. Chris's priority is to put his client's first, and always thinks outside the box to deliver outstanding results. Originally from the East Coast, he has lived in Venice since moving to California in 2011. Chris is a graduate of Rider University in New Jersey with a BFA in English and Interpersonal Communications. If Chris is not at his desk, you will likely find him spending time with family and friends, on the golf course, or at the beach.

 
  • With a dedication to being of service, Myles leverages 14 years of real estate experience to provide exceptional value to his clients. Passionate about investments, Myles excels in collaborating with investors and owner users, thanks to his own experience in the field. Myles' comprehensive expertise spans the entire real estate spectrum, allowing him to deliver unparalleled guidance to his clients. Along with being an agent at PRP, he leads Acquisitions and Development at Rogg Partners and serves as Managing Partner at Mack Sennett Studios. A cum laude graduate of Northeastern University's D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Myles has also shared his knowledge as a guest lecturer at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy. When real estate is not front of mind, he enjoys traveling to new destinations, staying active in nature, and indulging in a good book.
